1. Position the trolley at about 2cm from the terminal (fig 3). Check the 2 units are parallel, by measuring the gap
between the terminal and the trolley at the top and bottom. A gap of 2mm max is correct. If necessary, adjust the
rear feet item B.
2. Check visually that the upper electromagnet is opposite the magnetic plate (fig 4). If required, adjust the 4 jacks
item A and B by turning them all by the same value.
3. Opposite the trolley, doors open, check visually the left/right alignment while taking as reference the ventilation
louvers in respect of inside the caisson (fig 5). If not symmetrical, adjust the left or right feet. After adjusting, check
point 1.
4. With the terminal powered on, start the unit by pressing key 1. The displays should light up briefly, and then display
the current time. Approach the trolley to the terminal until it is in contact and push firmly. The electromagnets
must lock the trolley and the terminal must start up (temperature display on the left and trolley present lit).
5. To release the trolley, press the pedal item C in the lower left corner (fig 6).
PROGRAMMING
y Programming may be performed on the terminal with or without connecting the trolley. Switch the terminal on by depres-
sing switch 1.
y Setting time : simultaneously depress switch 8 and button 10 for 3 seconds (displays 4) :
- both LH side displays blink. Set the hours by means of buttons 9 and 10.
- confirm by depressing switch 8.
- both RH side displays blink. Set the minutes by means of buttons 9 and 10.
- confirm with switch 8.
y Programmes :
- simultaneously depress buttons 9 and 10 for 3 seconds.
- «P1» appears on displays 3.
- select the programme to be modified by depressing buttons 9 or 10.
- in order to enter the programme, confirm with switch 8.
y Cold control temperature :
- displays 3 blink. Set with buttons 9 and 10.
- confirm with switch 8.
