Start
1. Before the first use wipe the grill plates with
a damp cloth and oil them slightly. Due to
the lamination a further oiling is not requi-
red.
2. Put the unit in closed condition on a heat
resisting surface.
3. Adjust the required temperature and put the
plug into a grounded 220-240 V~ mains
socket.
4. During the first use, some smoke and odour
may occur, which disappears within short
time.
5. During grilling place a cup under the dis-
charge of the grease collecting groove (A).
temperature Control
1. You may choose different temperatures for
the upper and the lower grill plates or you
may heat only one of the plates.
2. Please proceed according to the following
guidelines:

crossbars into the kerbs of the lateral hin-

upper cover completely to the back.
