Almond Chia Oatmeal
Ingredients for 1 portion
175 ml almond milk
75 g oatmeal
1 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons cranberries
1 banana
2 tablespoons almond
slivers

Ingredients for 2 portions
200g rice
50 g apple
50 g dried apricots
50 g orange
50 g raisins
50 g walnuts
50 g dried plums
40 g honey
250 ml water
Preparation time:
40 minutes

Preparation:
1. Put everything in the pot, peel the banana and
add in pieces.
2. Allow to steam in OATMEAL program.
Preparation:
1. Soak the dried apricots, prunes and raisins in hot
water for 5 minutes.
2. Peel the oranges and cut everything into small
pieces.
3. Chop the nuts.
4. Put everything in the pot and pour the rice on top.
5. Add the water and honey.
6. Start the PILAF program and allow everything to
cook for 30 minutes.
