Some meat cuts with skin on are likely to swell under the effect of pressure
(e.g. beef tongue). Do not try to pierce the meat while the skin still has a swollen
appearance; you run the risk of scalding yourself. Wait until the meat cools down.

Never leave the pressure cooker unattended on the kitchen plate.
13.
Before each use, make sure the valves are not obstructed. Safety devices
against overpressure, which require checking, are the pressure regulator/steam
release valve and the pressure relief valve. See "Instructions for use – V. Pressure
cooker operation".
14.
Before using the pressure cooker, always make sure that the silicone gasket
is not damaged and that is correctly inserted in the inner circumference of the lid.
Check that the security opening is not covered.
15.
Never use the pressure cooker for pressure frying in deep or shallow oil.
16.
In case of damage to the lid, the pot, the safety valve, the pressure regulator/
steam release valve, or the silicone gasket, do not use the device under any
circumstances.
17.
Do not manipulate any safety devices beyond performing maintenance
described in the operating instructions.
18.
Do not try to use the pressure cooker with parts that are not the originals of
the packaging. For example, you cannot use the lid of another pressure cooker or a
valve other than that supplied for total lack of compatibility.
19.
Do not try to repair the pressure cooker by yourself.
20.
Please read all the instructions and retain for future reference.
