THIRD PART: BASIC OPERATION
1 BASIC WEIGHING FUNCTION
PREPARATION
Turn on machine: Press (ON/OFF) Key
WARM UP TIME:
For making sure the weighing result correct, different type machine need different warm up time to reach the required operating tempe-
rature. plase refer the specifications list to know the correct warm up time.
INSTANCE:
Basic Weighing (The machine warm up)

2 CALIBRATION / ADJUSTMNET
Request
The machine only can be calibrated/Adjusted in the following cases:
- Nothing on weghing pan, no tare, weighing signal stable.
Machine will have ERROR SIGNAL if does not have above premise.
If all premise available, the machine will display required will display required weight mass value for calibration.
INSTANCE:
(Example: A200)
(1) External Span Calibration Instance
Key (Order)
key 1. Scale will ask for the calibration mass.
Press and hold
(2) External Linearity Calibration Instance
(Please DO NOT linearity calibrate the machine if you don't have match weight mass)

Step Explanation
1. Zero Stable
2. Put on container on weighing pan
(Example: 100g)
3. Press Tare key for tare the container weight
4. Put sample in container
(Example: 200g)
Step Explanation
2. Put a calibration mass on weighing pan
(Example: 200g)
3. Wait untill the indication stops flashing.
