Handling and Transport
We recommend to unpack the stove only when it is
reached the place of installation.
Pay attention to overbalancing.
During lifting avoid jerking or abrupt movements.
Make sure that the lifting carriage has a payload higher
than the weight of the appliance to be lifted. The
responsibility of the lifting of loads lies on the person
handling the lifting equipment.
Make sure that children do not play with the components
of the package (e.g. films and polystyrene). Suffocation
hazard!

Fuel type
The stove should preferably be fuelled with well
seasoned beech/birch wood or with wood briquettes
in commercial sizes of 25 or 33 cm.
Wood should have a recommended percentage of
humidity between 12 and 20%.
The recommended quantity of wood is indicated in the
technical data table.
Each type of wood has different characteristics that
also affect the combustion efficiency.
It is prohibited to burn: waste, bark, wood treated with
paints, panels, coal, plastic materials; in these cases
the warranty of the appliance is voided.
Even if the burden to check the characteristics of the
wood chosen is on the user, we specify that:
•
The use of conifers (pine-fir) is discouraged: they
contain high quantities of resinous substances that
quickly clog the flue.
•
IMPORTANT: the use of wood particularly rich
of aromatic oils (e.g. eucalyptus, myrtle, etc.)
causes the sudden deterioration of the internal
components of the product.
We would like to remind the customer that any damage
to the product or its components due to external
elements, is not covered by the warranty and therefore
nothing can be requested to the Manufacturer.
The nominal yield declared in kW of the stove, is
obtained by burning a correct quantity of wood, being
careful not to overload the combustion chamber.
Overloading of the stove can lead to a damage or
deformation of the product itself.
The reference standard for the fuel is the UNI EN ISO
17225-5 "specifications and classification for firewood".

Safety Precautions
The responsibility of the works carried out in the area
where the stove will be installed falls, and remains, on the
user; the latter is also entrusted with the execution of the
inspections related to the installation solutions proposed.
The user must comply with all local, national and
European safety regulations.
The appliance must be installed on floors with adequate
load bearing capacity.
Where the floor does not have sufficient load-bearing
capacity, it is recommended to use a load distribution
plate of adequate size.
The operations of assembly and disassembly of the stove
are reserved only to specialized technicians*.
It is recommended to make sure about their qualifications
and their actual capacity.
The person in charge of the installation, before starting
assembling or disassembling the machine, must comply
with the safety precautions required by law and in
particular to:
A) must not operate in adverse conditions;
B) must operate in perfect psychophysical conditions
and must check that the personal protective
equipment, are intact and functioning perfectly;
C) must wear safety gloves;
D) must wear safety shoes;
E) must ensure that the area affected by the phases of
assembly and disassembly is free from obstacles.
