operating instructions together with the triangular
sander.

Always remove the plug from the socket before doing any
work on the machine (cleaning, changing sanding paper
etc.).
Never remove the plug from the socket by pulling on the
power cable.
For the sake of your health, always wear a dust mask
and goggles when sanding!
Keep the workplace clean and well illuminated.
Before you begin work, make sure the workpiece cannot
slip.
Keep children away.
It is in your own interests to keep the machine clean at all
times and to check it for damage after each use.
Make sure the switch is turned to off before connecting
up the machine.
Make sure of your footing, particularly when working on
ladders and scaffolding.
This machine is to be used for dry sanding only.
Always run the cable away from the back of the machine.
Permanent noise damages your hearing. Wear ear muffs.
The processing of asbestos materials is prohibited.
Make sure that the machine does not become damp and
never use in damp conditions.
Always check the machine, cable and plug before starting
with your work. Have any damage repaired by a
specialist.

5. Changing the sanding paper
The sanding disk is equipped with a Velcro fastening system
for sanding paper. This enables you to fasten new sanding
paper in place without the use of a clamping fixture. Before
putting on new sanding paper, tap the disk´s Velcro fastener
to remove any dust and clean it.

The machine requires no maintenance
Make sure that the ventilation slots are unobstructed and
clean at all times.
Keep the extraction holes in the oscillating plate clean.
If you discover that the machine has a defect in spite of it
having been manufactured and tested with all due care,
have the machine repaired by a specialist.
8. Notes on working with the machine
The triangular sander is particularly efficient at sanding hard-
to-reach corners and edges. It is possible to work with just
the tip or one edge of the sanding disk when sanding profiles
and flutes. Assorted grades of sanding paper are available
to suit the workpiece material and the depth of surface
removal required. The intensity of sanding depends mainly
on your choice of sanding paper and the controlled pressure
you apply to the sanding disk.
9. Environmental protection
Remember that waste prevention is better than waste
disposal.
Dispose of packaging, accessories, defective components
and machines in an environment-friendly manner, i.e.
classify and recycle.
Ask you local council offices for advice.
