Foods can be processed directly in the graduated glass (14) or in a container (not included) high enough to avoid
sketches. Do not fill the glass beyond the limit of 500 ml.
Before working hot foods, let them cool down.
The whisk is ideal for:
Stir (example: egg yolk + sugar);
Whipping (example: omelet);
Introduce air into a preparation (for example: snow white, chantilly cream);
Emulsifying (example: mayonnaise).
After use, unplug the power cord (1) from the electrical outlet, remove the whisk (10) and the whisk coupling
unit (9).

Place the container (13) on a stable and horizontal surface.
Place the chopper coupling unit (11) above the chopper bowl (13) and lock it.
Check the correct assembly of the chopper, insert the power cord (1) into the electrical socket.
Select the speed of rotation using the speed keys:
Speed key I (3) for low speed;
Speed key II (4) for a high speed.
THE WORKING CYCLE MUST NOT EXCEED 30 SECONDS TO AVOID OVERHEATING. THE BREAK
BETWEEN A WORK CYCLE AND THE OTHER MUST BE AT LEAST 5 MINUTES.
The chopper is ideal for:
chopping, crumbling, smudging a wide variety of foods: meat, bread, fruit, cheese and vegetables.
To get the well-crushed, creamy and fine food, spread the food evenly inside the chopper bowl (13).
Insert 10-20 mm thick pieces of meat into the container, without bones or muscles.
Do not chop hard foods such as frozen foods, ice, cereals, spices, and coffee.
Before working hot foods, let them cool down.
After use, unplug the power cord (1) from the socket, unlock the motor unit from the chopper coupling unit (11).
Remove the chopper coupling unit (11) from the chopper bowl (13).
Remove the blade unit (12) from the top end. Take food from the chopper bowl (13).
CLEANING
Before proceeding with cleaning, disconnect the power cord from the mains socket. Pay great attention to sharp
blades.
The motor unit (5), the whisk coupling unit (9) and the chopper coupling unit (11) can be cleaned with a soft cloth
dampened with hot water.
Never clean with diluents, abrasive products in general, detergents for plastic, glass or the like. It may damage
the blender.
Be careful not to penetrate liquids in the motor unit (5).
Do not immerse the motor unit (5) of the blender in water or other liquids, do not rinse under the water. Clean the
blender bar (7), the whisk (10), the chopper bowl (13), the blade unit (12) and the beaker (14) with warm water
and detergent.
Do not use abrasive detergents, brushes, and sponges with metal parts.
Pay attention to the blades, they are very sharp.
Before storing the appliance make sure that all parts are completely dry.
