INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Insert the stainless steel shaft into the motor unit of the hand blender, and screw the parties. To disassemble the
shaft, unscrew the assembly mechanism and separate the two components.
HAND BLENDER OPERATION
After assembling the hand blender and checking that it is correctly assembled, insert the power cord into the
electrical socket.
Select the rotation speed using the speed buttons:
speed button I for a low speed;
speed button II for a high speed.
The stainless steel blade allows you to finely chop the ingredients inside a container.
For best results, keep the hand blender moving rotary inside the container of the ingredients.
At the same time it is important to keep the steel blade completely immersed in the ingredients, to avoid splashes.
The hand blender is ideal for the preparation of:
- milk, yogurt, baby food, whipped cream, milkshake, mashed potatoes;
- sauces, fruit juices, juices;
- soups, vegetable soups, mayonnaise.
HAND BLENDER CLEANING
Before cleaning the hand blender, disconnect the power cord from the power outlet.
The body of the hand blender can be cleaned with a soft cloth, moistened with hot water.
Never clean with diluents, abrasive products in general, detergents for plastic, glass or similar as they could
damage the hand blender.
Be careful not to allow liquids to enter the hand blender. Do not immerse the motor unit of the hand blender in
water or other liquids, do not rinse it under water.
Clean the stainless steel shaft under running water.
Pay attention to the stainless steel blade as it is very sharp.
