TROUBLES, CAUSES AND CURE
TROUBLESHOOTING
• Pressing the main switch, the ma-
chine does not turn on
• The divider does not start
• Improperly rounded balls are pro-
duced
• Weight difference more than 10%
• Dough soiled grey
CAUSES
1) The main switch upstream of the
machine is set to OFF
2) One of the doors or the drawer of
the rounder is open
3) Emergency button pressed
1) The rounder module has not been
started
2) Doors not properly closed
1) Bell jaw ring nuts not loosened
2) Dough too sticky and risen
1) - Risen dough.
- Cutting drive plate improperly
positioned.
- Balls too small or too large with
respect to the bell.
1) Screw improperly fitted
2) Bushings worn
3) Drive shaft bushing worn
REMEDIES
1) Turn on the main switch
2) Check that the doors and the
drawer are properly closed
1) Start the rounder module
2) Close the doors
1) Loosen the rounding bell ring nuts
2) Pass the balls through the round-
er again
1) - Adjust the cutting drive plate
so that it has a minimum contact
surface with the dough
- Replace the bell
1) Check that the screw has proper-
ly been fitted as described in the
section on maintenance
2) Call in a technician to replace the
bushings
3) Call in a technician to replace the
bushing
