athletic shoes while exercising.

14. Do not store a loaded barbell on the cage for an extended period of time to prevent the bar from bending.
15. Always add or remove equal amounts of weight on each side of a barbell to prevent it from tipping over!
16. Use caution when adding or removing a heavy bag to the cage!
