4. INTRODUCTION The Laminato are floor type dough sheeters with thread commutator. This machine is produced to extend and mould the dough into sheets for Danish bread, croissant and puff pastry etc. Each side of the machine has a conveyor belt. Diese Maschine wird zum Ausrollen und Langrollen von Teig in Blätter für Plundergebäck, Croissant, Blätterteig, usw. verwendet. Die Maschine hat zu jeder Seite ein Transportband.
