Electrical connection
Before switching the appliance on, compare the device's voltage and frequency to your mains
power. The data must match.
Keep the cord away from heat and sharp edges.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the working surface or countertop.
3. OPERATION
The sealing bag's width must not exceed 30 cm (11.8 inches). Otherwise, it will not fit.
The thickness of the bag should not exceed 1,5 cm (0.06 inches), otherwise the device may
suffer damages.
Cut the desired length from the vacuum bag roll.
Open the device's lid by pressing the lid release button and pulling it upwards.
Place the bag in the center under the vacuum sealing strip.
The bag must not be over the vacuum sealing strip and it must be placed flatly over it.
Close the lid, making sure it is completely closed (you will hear a click when it is).
Choose the Dry- or Moist-food mode button, depending on the type of food you want to seal.
Depending on which one you choose, the corresponding indicator light will light on.
Wait 15 seconds before sealing the next bag to allow the device to cool down.
1. How to prepare a bag for vacuuming and sealing it:

Connect the device to a socket. The dry-food sealing button will light on. Open the cover by
pressing the tabs on both sides.

Place the roll bag on the sealing strip. It is recommended to leave 20 cm between the sealing
strip and the top of the bag.

Push down both sides of the cover until you hear a locking sound.

Press the Seal button. Its light indicator will switch on. When the sealing is completed, the light
will switch off. Slide the cutter across the roll to cut the bag off. Make sure the cutter is on the
edge before cutting.
2. How to use dry-food sealing mode:

After making bag, as explained in the last section, place the bag in the vacuum chamber and
leave at least 8 cm (3 inches) between the content and the top of the bag. More space will be
needed for larger foodstuff.

Push down both sides of the cover until you hear a locking sound. Press the dry-food button
(its light indicator be switched on while the device is vacuuming the air out of the device).

Press the Vac Seal button and the bag will be vacuum and the sealed.

on both sides. Take out the bag.
3. How to use moist-food mode

Press the Moist-food sealing button (its light indicator will be switched on while the device is
vacuuming the air out of the device).

Press the Vac Seal button and the device will automatically vacuum seal the bag.

on both sides. Take out the bag.
4. How to seal bags without vacuuming the air inside it

Press the Seal button to seal a bag without vacuuming the air. Its light indicator will switch on.

5. How to assemble and disassemble the cutting blades
Disassembling

Turn the cutter's cap anticlockwise, approximately 100º.

Repeat the disassembling process viceversa.
Note: After sealing 5 bags in a row, allow the appliance to cool down for about a minute. Do not
operate the device while it is cooling down.
