7. SCALE TO ZERO
When there is not any item on the scale but the reading is not zero the user must press the key
activate. When the reading exceeds the 20% of the capacity of the balance, the function of " initial zero" is going to get inactive.
8. TARE
Place the container on the balance, once the reading of the weight is steady, press the key
on and the weight of the container is going to be subtracted.
When it is necessary to remove the TARE, remove the container and press the key
9. INTRODUCTION OF THE PRICE
To trade with your RTI balance it is necessary to introduce the unit price of the products. The balance uses this value to determine the
price of the products which are placed on the platter.
When the balance shows the weight of the products placed on the platter, introduce the unit price through the numerical keys. The unit
price is going to appear in the screen as Euros/100g ( Be careful when selecting it!), the screen Euros is going to show the total price of
the products.
10. PRICE CANCELLATION
To cancel the price of the unit press the key
11. SUM OF AMOUNTS (ACCUMULATION OF WEIGHED PRODUCTS)
11.1. WITHOUT USING MEMORIES (PLU)
• Place the product on the platter, wait until it is steady.
• Introduce the unit price and press
• Select the type of VAT A, B or C ( go to the section 31 to see how to introduce VAT types)
• Remove the product and repeat the procedure with as many products as you wish.
11.2. USING MEMORIES (PLU)
• Place the price on the platter, wait until it is steady.
• Choose the memory (PLU) of the product you want and press the key
• Remove the product and repeat the procedure with as many products as you wish or need.
