13. INSPECTING ASSEMBLY FOR ERRORS

Check that the window is perfectly closed, including at the corners, and that there are no impediments due to incorrect assembly
positions.
Check that when the window is closed the end part of the chain is at least a couple of millimeters from the actuator body. This
guarantees that the window is securely closed and the seal is properly compressed. Otherwise, there is no certainty that the
window is closed properly.
Error type
Overload error:
the actuator has detected an
overload on the motor
Communication error
communication between the
devices has been interrupted, or
devices which have been RESET
separately are being used
Electromechanical lock error
Dip-switch setting discrepancy:
conflict between dip-switch settings
of connected devices
RESET procedure error:
the RESET procedure has not been
completed correctly or has been
interrupted
Wiring error:
the connections of the power
supply cables of devices with
SYNCRO configuration have been
reversed
Encoder error:
count error in the internal encoder
Electrical power supply error:
the power supply voltage is outside
the permitted range or is not stable
Chain alignment error:
the difference in the positions of the
chain ends on the devices
connected in Syncro mode exceeds
the maximum permitted
Memory error:
saving of data to the internal
memory has failed
Connection error:
a RESET procedure is being
started with several actuators which
are not SYNCRO
LED state
Device receiving power correctly
The device has performed a chain retraction stroke correctly and
completed the operation by saving the data in the memory, or is in
motion.
Device receiving power correctly The device has performed a chain
extension stroke correctly. The number of flashes indicates the number
assigned to the device previously, during the RESET procedure
LED state
Saving data to internal memory
RESET procedure in progress
Overlap acquisition procedure completed correctly
sec.
RESET procedure completed correctly. The number of flashes indicates
the address assigned to the device in a multi-device configuration
WITH RED LED
Possible solution
Check that there are no obstacles preventing
the actuator from completing its stroke. Check
that the actuator has been installed correctly
Check the state of the connection cables and
repeat the RESET procedure if necessary
Check the electromechanical lock
Check the settings of the various actuator dip-
switches
Repeat the RESET procedure
Check and correct the wiring
Repeat the RESET procedure
Check the electrical contacts at the ends of the
actuator cable and that the power supply
voltage is correct
Repeat the RESET procedure
Repeat the RESET procedure
Check the type of actuators chosen for the
system.
Repeat the RESET procedure
