Monodecoder Relay Configuration

The monodecoder has 5 relays (See "Monodecoder Technical Features" at the end of this Manual).
Activation of relays 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the monodecoder occurs when an alarm goes off in the corresponding
zone (i. e. if the alarm is set off in ZONE 1, monodecoder relay 1 is activated....)
Activation of the 5th monodecoder relay depends on the configuration of multifunction button «F»:

To configure the multifunction button, see the «Multifunction Button» section.
The system therefore lets you connect auxiliary devices at each relay output, to be activated when an alarm
goes off (relays 1 to 4) and when the monitor F key is pressed, or when sabotage occurs (relay 5).
Relay Activation Timing
The relay activation timing is configurable (default setting is 5 seconds).
To program the relay activation timing, enter the following sequence:
KEY SEQUENCE:
Parameters:
- Master Code: 1234
- AB5: Keys A-B-5
- Relay Number: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- Timing:
- 001...127
-Time:
- * : Seconds
- # : Minutes

Kit Connection to Alarms Reception Centre (ARC)

Detecta4 and Avisa Kits are ready for connection to an Alarms Reception Centre, so enhancing the security
of your home.
Please contact the Fermax Technical Support Service or consult the ARC operator information supplied
with the Kit.
Relay is activated by pressing monitor «F» button
Relay is activated when tamper circuit is (i. e., there
is a circuit open between terminals T and T- of the
monitor connector)
Relay automatically informs the Alarms Reception
Centre of the alarm system status (armed/disarmed)
RELAY TIMING
Master Code + AB5 + RelayNumber (1-5) +Timing (000..127) +Time
Examples:
1234 AB 5 3 127 #
The third monodecoder relay remains active for 127 minutes or until deactivated with the
monitor keypad.
