Automatic mode : in this mode, the product automatically adjusts the heating power depending on the inductor used,
the piece of metal to heat, and the distance between the inductor and the piece of metal, in order to maintain a constant
heating. The device always transfers the same heating power independently of the distance between the inductor and
the piece of metal to heat. To enter in this mode, press the MODE key until the LED in front of « AUTO » lights up. This
mode is particularly recommended for glass removal. In this mode, the heating power is limited to the « OK » zone on
the front panel, and the product does not heat at maximum power. The digital display shows the latest value in % used
by the product in order to maintain a constant heating power transferred to the piece of metal. This value corresponds
to the setting which could be used in Manual mode to get the same heating results, in the exact same conditions. Such
that if the user needs a bit more, or a bit less, heating power as compared to the Automatic mode, he knows which
setting to use in Manual mode and then he can slightly adjust the heating power.
Alarm BEEP when heating : an alarm BEEP can be activated in order to hear the heating activity of the product. If
this BEEP is activated, the frequency of the BEEPs will increase when the inductor is brought closer to the piece of metal,
and when the heating is effective. Press the MODE key for 3 seconds in order to activate this BEEP and/or disable it.
Thermal protection : this LED switches ON when the product enters thermal protection, following overheating inside
the product, in order to protect the components of the product. The product stops as long as this LED stays ON. Leave
the product cooling down until this LED switches OFF, in order to start heating again.

DESCRIPTION OF INDUCTORS
Adhesive inductor :
The flexible Adhesive inductor pad is used for heating metal sheet for a lot of applications. When you first use the pad
to heat painted metal, please start with the power level on Low. Keep moving the pad over the area to be heated either
in a circular or back and forward motion and check the temperature under the pad every few seconds until you are
familiar with how fast various surfaces get hot with your inductor. Remember that you can burn the paint if you are
not careful. As with any new tool, patience and practice will let you increase the power level and speed with which the
inductor helps you to do your job.
Removing decals, vinyl graphics or striping : with the GYSDUCTION AUTO set to Low power, slowly move the pad over
the part that you want to remove in a small circular or back and forward motion. After a couple of seconds, try to lift an
edge of the part. If it begins to lift up easily, then enough heat has been applied, if not, then apply heat for a couple of
more seconds and try again. Older decals, graphics, and striping tend to take more heating time. If you overheat vinyl,
it often gets "mushy" and "bubbly". If this happens, then let things cool down and then try to lift and peel the part off.
