The rear panel of the power supply contains
Four fans are built into the power supply. The cooling air is drawn in through the
ventilation slots at the front of the unit and leaves it through the backplane.

The Power Supply R&S IN4000A contains a front lid with a special filter mat at the front
to keep the power supply free of dust and dirt.
Mains power enters the power supply through a mains filter, overload protection being
ensured by an exchangeable fuse.
For more detailed information refer to the section 1.4 Functioning.
Telescope bars or spring tensioned handles may be attached on the long sides. The
power supplies are equipped with carry handles on the front side.
