5.2.2 Cleaning

Wear protective goggles to protect your eyes if you are working with compressed air.
Ensure that the compressed air is free of condensed water, by first blowing the
compressed air towards the ground.
Keep a minimum distance of 20 cm between compressed air and the system.
Do not use solvents (thinners etc.), petroleum ether or alcohol for cleaning.
When cleaning with compressed air do not to direct the air jet
into the ventilation ducts of the fans.

1. First turn off power supply by mains switch F1 to "0" on the backplane and
unplug mains connection.
2. Clean the surface of the system with compressed air.
3. Continue cleaning with a soft brush or duster.
4. Clean heavily contaminated surfaces, especially grease stains, with a soft, lint-
free cloth moistened with glass and window detergent.
5. Plug in mains connection X31 again and switch mains switch back to "I", if
desired.
