Electrode positioning
Check the correct positioning of the electrodes and baffle, according to the distances given below.
It is advisable to check the distances after any operation on the head.
Make sure the power and gas are off.
Disassembly sequence
• Undo the screws "B" and remove the casing "A ". The internal components, motor, shutter, etc. can
be directly accessed.
• Unscrew the gas pressure point "I" and the adjustment screw "L".
• Undo the electrical connections where indicated in fig 2c on page 5.
• Detach the tube "G" from the cover "F".
• Loosen the screws "E".
• Turn and remove the cover "F".
• Remove the "head assembly" "R".
The correct positioning of the electrodes can now be checked, see fig. 5 page 10.
Assembly sequence
• Reconnect "R".
• Fix it with "I" and "L".
• Reposition the cables of the electrodes, sliding them in the holes of the cover "F".
• Fix "F" with the screws "E".
• Reconnect the cables and the tube "G" as shown in fig. 2c on page 5.
