Increments on Imperial measurements:
If the weight is below 11 lbs, increment will be 0.1 oz.
If the volume is below 176 fl.oz, increment will be 0.1 fl.oz.
If the weight is above 11 lbs, increment will be 0.2 oz.
If the volume is above 247 fl.oz, increment will be 0.2 fl.oz.
Increments on Metric measurements:
If the weight is below 5 kg, increment will be 1 g.
If the volume is below 5 l, increment will be 1 ml.
If the weight is between 5 and 7 kg, increment will be 2 g.
If the volume is between 5 and 7 l, increment will be 2 ml.
If the weight is above 7 kg, increment will be 5 g.
If the volume is above 7 l, increment will be 5 ml.
Getting started
Power button & tare/zero function:
• Press button to switch ON and press for two seconds to switch OFF.
• Two minute uto-off function.
• fter weighing ingredient, press button to reset the scale to zero or to offset
the weight of the plate before adding each additional ingredient.
ZERO
Unit Button:
• Press button to switch between units of measurement: imperial (lb.oz & fl.oz)
and metric (g/kg & ml). lb.oz ➞ fl.oz ➞ g ➞ ml ➞ lb.oz.
The last unit measurement used is conveniently recorded.
• When using the unit grams (g) please note that kg will only display when
