The display shows the weight or volume of the product being weighed. Keep in mind the maximum
capacity of the scale is 22 lbs or 10 kg.
When maximum capacity is exceeded, no bars will be displayed and Max 22 or Max 10 will
appear when weighing in lb.oz or g/kg. Only Max will be displayed when weighing in fl oz. &
ml. Remove the excess weight to prevent damaging the scale.

How to use: Power button & tare/zero function
Press button to switch on. The LCD will display the images below.

fter weighing ingredient, press the power & tare/zero button to reset the scale to zero or to offset
the weight of the plate before adding each additional ingredient. The LCD will display the images
below. When weighing ingredients in a bowl, place bowl on scale, press the power & tare/zero
button to reset to zero before adding each ingredient.
