from the instant power in case of very low duty cycles.
The resistors can not usually bear a power peak which is 5 to 10 times higher
than their rated value. As a consequence, if the duty cycles are lower than
10%, this value can not be used as a resistor rated power. See also the
calculations in chapters 4.1 and 6.
