GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully read through the instructions in this
manual.
Make sure that the machine operates correctly
before attempting to use it. Do not switch it on if
any faults are detected. Parents and/or those
responsible for children must always be aware of
their curious nature and how this can often lead to
hazardous situations and behaviour which could
cause accidents For this reason they must always
be supervised by a responsible person. This
appliance must never be used as a toy.
This appliance can only be used by one person at a
time.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Take the unit out of its box and make sure that
all of the pieces are there, Fig 1: (A) Main body; (B)
handlebar stem; (C) Saddle post; (D) Saddle height
adjustment knob; (G) Stabiliser bar with adjustable
blocks; (H) Saddle; (R) and (L) Pedals; (P) Monitor;
(LL) Handlebar; Bag of screws containing: (i) Flat
washers M-8; (f) Corrugated washers M-8; (k) spring
washers; (n) Allen screws M-8 x 20; (m) Screws M-
8 x 70; (o) Bolts M-8 x 20; (q) Cap nuts M-8; (Ñ)
Assembly key (Allen key with screwdriver blade);
(S) Transformer (mod. H-310)

Take the stabiliser bar (G) with adjustable blocks
(Y) and position it so that the two red dots (E) are
lined up, or in other words that the label with the
serial number is at the top and the curves on the
stabiliser bar are at the back of the machine, as
shown in Fig. 2, insert screws (n); fit the corrugated
washers (o), the spring washers (k) and screw the
cap nuts on securely.

Bring the main mast (B) up to the boss on the
main body (A), Fig 3 and connect the three terminals

(t) to those on the main body (A), next fit the main
mast onto the boss on the main body, taking care
not to pinch the cables and then fit screws (n) along
with the spring washers (k) and corrugated washers
(f), Fig. 4, and tighten securely.

FITTING THE HANDLEBAR

Place the handlebar (LL) up against the main mast
(B), Fig. 5, passing the main cable through hole (J)
and also taking out the handgrip cables (V) and
(W), and position it as shown in Fig. 6, then take
screws (o), spring washers (k) and flat washers (i)
and screw it in as shown in Fig 6, line up the
handlebar with the main mast and tighten screws
(o) securely and then tighten screws (n), from Fig.
4, which were already hand tight.

FITTING THE ELECTRONIC MONITOR. (MOD
H-310). Release screws (T) located at the back of
the monitor (P). Connect the terminals for the main
cable (V), plus those for the handgrip (W) and
terminal (Y) Figure 7.
Next, slide the front of the monitor onto the plate
on top of the main mast (B), Fig 8, making sure not
to snag any of the wires, fit the screws (T) removed
previously and tighten securely with the aid of the
assembly key (Ñ) Fig. 9.

ATTACHING THE SADDLE. Remove the nuts
and washers from the saddle (H), figure 10, place
the saddle onto the triangular plate at the top of
the saddle post (C), refit the washers and nuts and
tighten securely.

ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF THE SADDLE.
Loosen the saddle height control knob (D) a little,
Figure 11, turning it anti-clockwise and then pulling
it back, insert the saddle post (C) into the hole on
the main body (A) and when it is at the right height
release the control knob and this will lock into the
holes on the saddle post. Tighten the control knob
by turning it clockwise.
