Danger! The blades are very sharp!
See Fig. 1:
d large cutting/grating disc and
e small cutting/grating disc
These two discs have a blade on one side
(e.g. good for chopping pickles) and grater
on the other side (e.g. for potato fritters).
The required tool should be pointing
upwards when inserted (see Fig. 2).
Speed setting I for soft ingredients (e.g.
tomatoes, pickles),
Speed setting II for harder ingredients (e.g.
carrots, potatoes).
f Strip cutting disc (Julienne)
To prepare strips of vegetables.
Speed setting I.
g Beating disc
To beat cream and egg whites.
Speed setting I.
h Stirring knife
See „j Stainless steel knife".
i Kneading knife
To mix yeast dough.
Speed settings I – II.
j Stainless steel knife To chop meat and
shelled nuts.
Speed settings I - II.
The stirring knife can also be used for more
thorough mixing.
Operation
Preparation
▪ Prepare the ingredients:
Remove skin, bones and tendons from meat;
cut off the stalks and cores from fruit, chop
everything into cubes of approx. 2 cm. The
machine can process up to 750 g in each
cycle - divide larger volumes correspondi-
ngly.
The addition of a small amount of oil or fat
can often improve the results.
▪ Place the preparation container m on the
motor n - the arrow markings on the
lower left by the handle must point to the „
" symbol - and turn the container clock-
wise until it catches over the „●" symbol
(locking is not possible until complete
assembly, see Fig. 5).
▪ Place the drive shaft l ion the gearwheel
of the motor in the preparation container.
▪ Carefully place the required tool on the
drive shaft. The discs d - f are positioned
upwards h in the middle and the other
tools below on the drive shaft (see Fig. 3).
When using the stainless steel knife j first
remove the cover k from the blade.
▪ Fill the preparation container with the
ingredients if required (max. 750 g or 1.5 l).
▪ Place the lid c on the preparation con-
tainer (see Fig. 4), ensuring that the small
nose is directly to the right of the container
handle. Lock the lid by turning it slightly
clockwise.
▪ Only then can the preparation container
also be locked by turning it clockwise. The
small symbol on the bottom right should be
pointing at the „●" symbol on the motor
(see Fig. 5).
▪ Insert the filling tool b into the neck of lid
c if you need to add ingredients during
operation. The larger side of the filling
tool should be positioned over the middle
section of the lid.
▪ Insert the stopper a a into the filling tool
or, if required, directly into the lid neck.
▪ Turn the power switch to the o (off) and
connect the power plug p to a socket.
Switching on the machine
▪ Functions of the power switch o (see Fig.
6):
„0" – off
„I" – low speed
„II" – high speed
„P" – (engl.: Pulse) short pulses at a high
speed, as long as the switch is held in the
position
r button "TURBO" – brief switch from level
"I" to level "II"..
▪ Run the motor for a maximum of 1 minute
and then wait for 2 to 3 minutes.
▪ Add ingredients to the preparation contai-
ner using the filling tool b and push them
in using stopper a.
