a. install the door gasket (12) on the hinge side of the door and
door gasket (15) at the bottom of the door.
B. Fasten the fixed body (8c) of hinge to the fixed panel (3) as
shown. Use the allen key 4mm to tighten the screws.
insert the pivot bushing (8a) in the fixed body (8b). Level with
the provided level.
c. insert the positioning block (28) in the base. Put the door over
the blocks. Engage the door body in the fixed panel body and
assembly as shown.
D. Add one or two drops of Loctite adhesive (24) to the anti-jump
screw (8f) and immediately fasten with the allen key 4mm until
flush with the fixed body (8c) of the hinge. [do not over tighten
the screw to avoid damaging the door opening].
E. The same steps apply for a right door opening
instalation.
a. installer le joint d'étanchéité sur la porte (12), côte
charnière, et le joint d'étanchéité (15) au bas de la porte.
B. Fixer les corps fixes (8c) des charnières au panneau fixe
(3) tel qu'illustré. utiliser la clé allen 4mm pour serrer les
vis. inserer le coussinet de pivot (8a) dans le corps fixe
(8b) de la charnière. Mettre à niveau avec le niveau
fourni.
c. Deposer les supports sur la base. Deposer la porte sur
les supports (28). Engager les corps de la porte dans
le corps du panneau fixe et assembler tel qu'illustré.
utiliser la clé allen 4mm pour serrer les vis.
D. ajouter une ou deux gouttes d'adhésive Loctite (24) au
vis anti-saut (8f) et fixer immédiatement. utiliser la clé
allen 4mm pour serrer la vis. [ne pas trop serrer la vis
afin de ne pas nuire à l'ouverture de la porte].
E. Les mêmes étapes d'installation s'appliquent à une
ouverture de porte à droite.
a. Instalar la junta de estanqueidad de la puerta (12) del lado
con bisagras de la puerta y la junta de estanqueidad (15)
en la parte inferior de la puerta.
B. Fijar el cuerpo fijo (8c) de las bisagras al panel fijo (3) tal
como sale ilustrado. Utilizar la llave Allen de 4mm para
ajustar los tornillos. Insertar el eje del buje en el cuerpo
fijo (8b) de la bisagra. Nivelar con el nivel incluido.
c. Insertar los bloques de posicionamiento (28) sobre la base.
Apoyar la puerta sobre los bloques. Insertar los cuerpos de
la puerta en los cuerpos del panel fijo y ensamblar tal como
sale ilustrado. Utilizar la llave Allen 4mm para apretar los
tornillos.
D. Agregar una o dos gotas de adhesivo Loctite (24) al tornillo
anti-salto (8f) y atornillar inmediatamente. Utilizar la llave
Allen 4mm para ajustar el tornillo. [No ajustar el tornillo
demasiado con el fin de evitar dañar la apertura de la
puerta].
E. Las mismas etapas de instalación aplican a una
apertura de puerta a la derecha.
