Loosen six screws, and remove the motor (1). Remove
the screw together with the spring clip and washer (2).
Remove the belt pulleys and the spindle nut (3). Remove
the belt (4).
Insert new belt pulley of the spindle and fix with spindle
nut (1). Insert new belt (2). Fit the screw together with the
spring clip and washer on the motor and insert motor (3).
Tighten screw with a 4 mm allen key (1). Turn the motor's
belt pulley so that the two through holes in the pulley are
aligned to the elongated holes in the housing. Using a
5 mm allen key, fix the cheese head screws now visible.
Turn the belt pulley through 90° to access the next two
cheese head screws (2). Fit cover with eight screws (3).
Note the correct belt tension!

Loosen four screws, and remove the cover (1). Loosen
six screws, and remove the cover (2). Turn the motor's
belt pulley so that the two through holes in the pulley are
concentric with the screws of the motor plate.Using a 5
mm allen key, loosen the cheese head screws now vis-
ible. Turn the belt pulley through 90° to access the next
two cheese head screws (3). By applying a 4 mm allen
key anticlockwise, lower and remove the motor with the
belt pulley (4). Remove the screw together with the spring
clip and washer (5). Draw off the motor's belt pulley (6).
Remove the belt (1). Loosen four screws, and remove mo-
tor plate (2). Remove the motor(3).
Place the cover with the six screws and the pulley on the
motor.
