Send EGSA to Festo for repairs
Fit EGSA free of stress

Lubricate cantilever profile

Modify positioning speed
Modify control parameters
(only with servo motors)
To release jam manually:
1. Switch off voltage and compressed air
2. Remove motor and coupling housing
3. Turn drive shaft to release it
Reduce speed for reference travel
Provide software end positions, at least
0.25 mm away from the mechanical end
positions (stops)
Reduce load mass
Reduce positioning speed
Send EGSA to Festo for repairs
Reduce tension of toothed belt
(see assembly instructions for the parallel kit)
Reduce load mass
Reduce positioning speed
If necessary, allow higher current with servo
motors (see operating instructions for the
motor)
