- Check for any malfunctions, or anomalous noises or vibrations;
- Check the torque on bolts;
- Check the anti-vibration supports;
- Check the intake pressure and the temperature of the incoming gas;
- Check the oil level (top off if necessary);
- Perform an oil acidity test (replace if necessary);
- Check the condition of the suction filters (replace if necessary);
- Perform the following checks for each compressor:
- temperature at end compression;
- delivery pressure;
- oil pump performance and oil differential pressure switch (if present);
- oil level;
- electrical absorption;
- resistance casing functioning (replace if necessary);
- Check the Freon level in the containers (top off if necessary);
- Check the state of the indicator light on the main line (humidity level);
- Check the state of the filters on the liquid line (replace if necessary).
- Replace the safety valve every five years, as required under EN378-4
We also recommend replacing the filters of the liquid line and for the suction line provided with the unit
after no more than 100 hours of operation.
N.B.The condenser on the unit should be cleaned regularly.

19.Disposal of the system

The system must be disposed of in accordance with your country's waste management legislation and
in respect of our environment.
Before dismantling the system, it is necessary to first collect the coolant and remove the lubricant oil.
N.B.These operations, as well as transport and waste processing should be performed by
authorized, specialized personnel only.
N.B.The user is responsible for delivering the product for disposal to the collection centre
specified by the local authorities or manufacturer.
Violation of the norms may lead to specific sanctions, established autonomously by individual
legislation by each country belonging to the EC and which are binding to all those subject to said
norms.
It is recommended that the Installation and Use Manual be read carefully, so that the operator, in the
case of malfunction, is able to provide precise information to Technical Assistanceby telephone.
