7.4 Drain system selection:
With the selected valve indicated in 7.4a and b.
7.4.1 Water recycling (Fig 7.4a)
Set the valve lever towards the inside of the machine.
7.4.2 Water waste to the outside (Fig 7.4b)
At the end of each sterilisation process, set the valve lever away from the
equipment.
Fix a hose to the outlet valve with the adapter 34100 (see 4.1) and also fix
the other end to a container or drain, taking care NOT TO OBSTRUCT
THE TUBE.
The steam outlet from the safety valve and the steam and
water outlet from the valve adapter(Fig 7.4b) are at HIGH
Take precautions to avoid SERIOUS BURNS.
DO NOT HOLD THE HOSE IN THE WATER OUTLET (
WITH THE HANDS, AS IT MAY CAUSE SERIOUS BURNS.
7.5 Electrical source connection:
The autoclaves are supplied without the power connection plug.
It is highly recommended to connect it directly to the source by means of a
connection box.
In front of it, one must install an automatic bipolar ICP overdimensioning
1.5 times the autoclave maximum power.
Please consult the type and level of the supply voltage and the
intensity maximum value in the features plate of this equipment.
The automatic switch must be located in a fast and easy accessible point.
7.5.1 Protection earth wire
The installation of power supply for the autoclave MUST have a protection
earth wire.
The autoclave protection for electrical risks needs that the network cable,
marked in yellow-green colour, will be connected to the installation earth
wire.
7.6 Installation qualification.
Autoclave commisioning must according the country regulation.
On some countries a regulated installation qualification is mandatory.
One can obtain a list of authorized installers by consulting the government
industrial department of its community.
User should contact the competent organisms to consult about the
installation requirements.
