Change the name and ringtone of VIP
groups; to do this:

Transferring the directory to

Please note:

Entries with identical numbers are not
overwritten on the receiving handset.

If the phone rings or if the memory of the
receiving handset is full, the transfer is
cancelled.

VIP group assignments and sounds
assigned to entries are not transferred.
Copying the displayed number to
the directory
You can copy numbers displayed in a list,
e.g., the call list or the redial list, to the direc-
tory.
If you have CID, the first 16 characters of the
transmitted name are also copied to the Last
Name line.

Copying a number or e-mail
address from the directory
In some operating situations, you can open
the directory to copy a number or e-mail
address, for example. Your handset need not
be in idle status.

Storing an anniversary in the
directory
For each number in the directory, you can
save an anniversary and specify a time at
which a reminder call should be made
on the anniversary (the default setting is:
Anniversary: Off).
