1. Mark the location of the mounting holes using the OIP Frame Drill Template (Figure 2, Item 3) as a
guide
2. Use 5/8" diameter ½" x 13 thread Pin-Drive Anchors with minimum tension strength of 4,000 lbs.
and minimum shear strength of 4,900 lbs (figure 3 - item 13)
3. Drill holes in floor per anchor manufacturer recommended instructions
4. Install anchors per manufacturer recommended instructions
5. Place OIP Upright over threaded rods with the open side facing the opposite upright
CAUTION - Make sure the OIP Upright is supported while being mounted to the floor.

Drill Template (Figure 2, Item 3) as a guide
2. Use 5/8" diameter ½" x 13 thread Hex Head Anchors with minimum tension strength of 7,500 lbs. and
minimum shear strength of 11,900 lbs. in the concrete floor (figure 4 – item 17)
3. Drill holes as required in raised floor panel
4. Drill holes in floor per anchor manufacturer recommended instructions
5. Install anchors per manufacturer recommended instructions
6. Remove bolt from anchors
