Kwik Tek warrants, to the original purchaser only, that their high performance products, when used for
normal recreational purposes, are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90)
days from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes products for rental, for hire, and other uses not
considered normal recreational purposes. Kwik Tek will not be held liable for incidental or consequential
damages.
THE KWIK TEK WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Products without the KT Stamp, Kwik Tek Warranty Label, or Kwik Tek embossing on them
• Failures caused by over-inflation and under-inflation
• Snags, tears, cuts and punctures obtained during normal use
• Fading from exposure to sunlight or weathering
• Misuse, abuse and neglect
• Improper storage

have all information below ready when you call. We are unable to warranty a prod
uct without all pertinent information. Kwik Tek will make the final warranty determination which may require
product inspection and/or photos of the product which clearly show defect(s).
IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY REQUEST, WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING THREE ITEMS:
1.) Sales receipt with date of purchase.
2.) 14-18 digit code with dashes in it (found printed on the unit below the warning on the tube or near the
valve.)
3.) Photo showing KT stamp on product, Kwik Tek Warranty Label (found on underside of nylon valve flap)
and/or Kwik Tek embossing (found on the tube near the base of the valve.)

REPLACEMENT PARTS

If your product is out of warranty, you may be able to purchase replacement parts from our service depart-

Replacement parts are shipped within 72 business hours of warranty verification. This warranty is only valid

Photo "A" shows a tube severely underinflated. Note how
IMPROPER
the adult standing on the product sinks down into the tube.
INFLATION
Under inflation will not allow the trampoline to provide
maximum bounce and puts undo stress on the unit and its
seams, which could cause the tube to rupture.
Photo "B" shows a tube properly inflated. Note how the
PROPER
adult standing on the product barely sinks down into the
INFLATION
tube. When properly inflated, all features of the product
would remain sturdy and perform better, prolonging the life
of the unit.
