OPERATION

5.2 Operation
1) Connect the Working Cable to the work piece and make sure that it has excellent
electric contact.
2) Start welding operation and readjust the parameter according to the process being
used.

On/off switch - allows to connect and disconnect the rectifier
- Position "1" - On
- Position "0" - Off
Pilot lamp - lights up when the switch On / Off is connected
Pilot Light orange - when lit indicates that the rectifier is
overheated, the welding is stopped, the fan continues to function,
and goes off when the temperature returns to normal levels of
operation and welding can be restarted.
Pushbutton emergency stop - when pressed interrupts the
welding immediately.
Prior to welding, it is imperative that proper protective clothing
(welding coat and gloves) and eye protection (glasses and/or
welding helmet) be put on. Failure to comply may result in
serious injury.
