The shape of a semi-stationary and stationary device is built to
pump with a constant pressure clean water used in the household;
from water tanks and cisterns; to supply water to bathrooms,
cleaning machines, dishwashers and to water the yard. Also, it
can be used as a fountain, to pump rainwater and industrial water
as well as in pressurizing systems to increase the isostatic pressure.
This device shall not be used to pump drinking water or to water
edible products.
Do not pump seawater, residual waters, well water, and
ammables, corrosive, explosive or dangerous liquids. Do not
pump harmful substances or feces.
The device shall only be used under the allowed performance
restrictions. Models HIDR-1/2X24 and HIDR-1/2X50 for household
use. Models HIDR-1X100 and HIDR-1/2X150 for commercial
use. Any other use is inadequate. Inadequate use or modifications
to the device not approved by the manufacturer can result in
unforeseen damages. Any type of use different to the intended
or that is not described en the manual shall become unauthorized
and absolves the manufacturer from any legal responsibility.
Follow all the safety instructions. Failure to comply with these
instructions can cause injury to the user and third parties.
Any type of repairs shall be carried out in a Truper® Authorized
Service Center.
DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY WHEN MAKING
CONNECTIONS.
A FAULTY CONNECTION TO THE SYSTEM AND TO GROUND CAN
CAUSE AN ELECTRIC SHOCK.
1) To make the right connection of the device verify voltage and
ampere consumption marked in the motor nameplate. Connect
as indicated in the plate.
2) Before installing the power sources to the hydropneumatic
device double-check you know the right procedure to manage the
type of current. If you are not trained to make this type of
installation consult with a specialized electrician.
3) When connecting into the system remember using the right
cord matching the motor amperes.
4) Select the right cord depending on de distance between the
power output and amperes (the motor current consumption).
NOTE: Specifications and connections in each motor vary per
each model. Check the nameplate to install the motor.
5) Install a switch (preferably thermomagnetic or a fuse) with
capacity for the motor (amperes).
6) Once the connection is made double-check the voltage to be
connected to the motor is enough for it's functioning. To prevent
voltage drops verify the conductor size is adequate. If it is wrong,
when the operation distance is too long (more than 20 meters)
correct by increasing the cable gauge.
Voltage shall not be higher than and / or less than 5%.
7) When finishing all the connections and before connecting to
the power source, double-checks the switch is open and all the
cables are duly insulated and protected.
Do not operate this device in areas where explosive materials
are kept or near ammable liquids or gases. Do not expose
the device to rain. Do not use the device around wet areas.
Verify if the tool is in the OFF position so that it cannot have an
unintentional start. Do not use devices with a power switch not
working adequately.

Electric safety

The device shall only be connected to duly installed and grounded
power output. The fuse shall be one with residual current not
higher than 30 mA
Before connecting the device verify the power source matches
the device connections instructions.
The device shall only be used within power and tension specified
(see the nameplate in the device).
Do not raise the device using the power cord. Do not use the
cord for purposes different to those indicated.
Before each use double-check the cord. If damaged disconnect
the plug immediately. Never use the device if the power cord
is damaged.
The device shall be installed as close as possible from the main
power source. Verify the power source matches the voltage
indicated in the motor nameplate.
