SIGNALS OF O.R and U.R
The display writes OR (Over Range) when the measure exceeds the maximum measurable.
The display writes U.R (Under Range) when the measure falls below the minimum limit measurable.
The green LED on flashes quickly.
If the controller is in Manual Functioning the socket activity is not stopped.
If the controller is in the ON-OFF and Proportional Functioning the socket activity is stopped.
mV range: 0-1000mV

PROGRAMMING OF MANUAL (CONSTANT) FUNCTIONING AND VISUALIZATION
There are 3 possible socket functioning:
Function Manual: the socket activation is constant and independent from
the measure. The percentage of activation time is programmed (the
parameter is "Flow %"). See next paragraph.
Function Prop: the socket activation is proportional to the distance of the
measure from the set point. Hysteresis on activation range: 5mV .Range
of proportionality: 100mV. Proportionality is achieved through time of
stop and working on a basis of 300seconds and on the basis of the
measure sampled at the beginning of the activation cycle.
Function On-Off: socket activation that starts when the measure moves
away from the set point. Total Hysteresis centred on the set point:
10mV. Activation % (parameter "Flow rate %") is achieved through time of
stop and activation on a basis of 300seconds. (see the explanation of
manual Function)
Push and quickly release CAL button and scroll the menu using + and –
buttons till the display shows "Function Type". Push CAL to enter the
submenu and then by pressing + and – button choice "Function Manual"
and confirm pressing CAL. The display will show "Flowrate" and the %
stored in the last programming. Modify it by pressing + and – button and
confirm the choice pressing CAL. Push ESC button to esc the menu and go
back in measure with the Manual functioning just programmed.
The socket activity depends on Flow rate % programmed.
The socket activity is defined by periods of time of power-on and power-off
on a total period of time of 300 seconds.
For example: Flow Rate 30% means that the controller will activate the
socket for 90 seconds and will power off the socket for the next 210
seconds. This cycle will be repeated for ever.
Flow rate 50% means that the controller will activate the socket for 150
seconds and will stop its activity for the next 150 seconds. This cycle will be
repeated for ever.
Flow rate 80% means that the controller will activate the socket for 240
seconds and will stop its activity for the next 60 seconds. This cycle will be
repeated for ever.
Flow rate 100% means that the controller will activate the socket without
stopping it (maximum flow rate).
In Manual mode the display shows on the first row "Man." and the % flow
rate programmed (activity %).
The second row shows the measure.
