MPLC 150 and MPLC 200 dual energy, wall-mounted combination tanks
are connected to central heating boilers which ensure domestic hot water
production using an exchanger or immersion
heater with a control thermostat.

● The tanks are made of high-quality steel and are lined with food-grade
enamel vitrified at 850°C, which protects the tank from corrosion.
● The tank is also protected against corrosion by a magnesium anode
which must be checked every 2 years and replaced if necessary
(refer to the chapter on "Maintenance").
● The heat exchanger welded into the tank is made of a smooth sheet,
the surface of which (in contact with the domestic water) is enamelled.
● MPLC 150 and MPLC 200 tanks are highly insulated by a
chlorofluorocarbon-free polyurethane foam, to minimise heat loss as far
as possible.
● The outer casing is made from painted sheet metal.
● When the tank is decommissioned, the insulation can easily be
removed from the tank. In fact, a polythene film prevents the foam from
sticking to the tank.
This design feature enables the tanks to be recycled.
