6.5 Mounting the welding torch system on the robot

1 Mount the mounting bracket (6) at the changeable body (2) using the enclosed six pan
head screws (1).
2 Mount the mounting bracket (6) to the CAT (3) ABICOR BINZEL torch holder.
3 Drill a  6H7 bore in both mounting brackets (6) and pin them together using the enclosed
shoulder bolt (4).
For proper mounting of the CAT ABICOR BINZEL torch holder, please observe the relevant
operating instructions.

6.6 Mounting the machine side connection

Check once again whether the wire guide has been fastened correctly.
1 Join the central plug and the central socket at the wire feed unit and secure them with a
connection nut.
2 Fasten the air-blast hose to the air-blast and spraying unit or the air-blast valve. Seal the
connection gastight if the "Cleaning with compressed air" option is not used.
