4.0 Installation

• Before installing the fi replace, check it carefully for any
signs of damage.
• The product is heavy! Ask someone to help you when
positioning and installing it.
• Make sure that furniture and other household items
are at a safe distance from the fi replace to protect
them from drying out.

4.1 Prior to installation

1. The standard product comes in one package.
2. Remove thebag of screws and smoke outlet from the stove.
3. When the product is unpacked, release from the pallet.
Make sure everything is in order.

Requirement for UK
"The Jotul F 602 ECO stove has been recommended as
suitable for use in smoke control areas when burning wood
logs and when fi tted with a mechanical stop to prevent primary
air control closure less than 360 mm 2

1. Put the valve edge-to-edge with the ash lip.
2. Us the screw from the bag of screws and screw it into the
burnchamber.

1. Mount the wooden knob on the door handle. The parts
are in the bag of screws.
