Troubleshooting
Please contact DOMOOVA technical department in the following
cases:
•
If the appliance has been dropped, damaged or come into
contact with water.
•
If the power cable is damaged.
•
If the battery is defective.

Solution
1.
Press the ON/OFF button.
2.
Charge the robot using its
home base.
1.
Move the robot's remote
control nearer and make
sure there are no obstacles
between it and the appli-
ance.
2.
Point the remote control in
the direction of the robot's
front or rear infrared
sensor.
3.
Change the batteries.
4.
Charge the robot using its
home base.
