Chapter 5 - WARRANTY

The podoscope AP500 has a 12-month guarantee from the date of shipping; however, the manufacturer cannot be
held responsible in case of wrong installation or maintenance, negligence, misuse or disregard of the norms and
warnings contained in this handbook or in case of unduly operations by unauthorised assistance personnel.
This warranty gives you the right to prompt replacement of damaged components, parts or material which may
result faulty.
Custom duties, import/export costs and charges covering the supply of spare parts to our factory are not included
in the guarantee.
The guarantee will expire after 12 months form the shipping date: therefore any substitution or assistance will be
charged according to the current prices.
