6.7 OPTIONAL FRONT FRAME KIT
Front frame kit, used to x and blend Appliance in with
the structure of the replace where it is recessed in.
During the preinstallation phase, it will be necessary to
rst x the pro les on the side edges and upper edge
of the Appliance using the relative screws (Fig. 5.6: A
plugs - B Air outlet collars - C Front frame supports).
If you are not going to use the front ller frame, leave a
gap of at least 1 cm for air to circulate.
6.8 CENTRAL FILLER FRAME (OPTIONAL)
Measure the side panels and the front panel. If
necessary remove them with shears; x them to the
pro les attached previously to Appliance (Fig. 5.6.1)
with the relative screws. If you are not going to use the
front ller fame leave a gap of at least 1 cm for air to
circulate.
The slits under the ash box or on the side must never be
obstructed so as not to undermine combustion ef ciency.
6.9 PUTTING APPLIANCE IN
Before anything else, stand the Appliance on the
replace level. Spread a line of re-sealant paste (that
resists a temperature of 800°C) on the bottom of the
collar (at the top). Move the replace into the nal
position. You can make it easier to move by using two
2-3 mm thick metal sheet guides under it, removing
them once the replace is positioned (Fig. 5.7).
6.10 FITTING THE TELESCOPIC PIPE
This is the case when you are installing the Appliance
in an existing replace.
You rst of all have to open the door, remove the
cast iron smoke diaphragm (Fig. 5.8.1) and pull it out
downwards. Remove the smoke butter y regulator
diaphragm, lifting it rst on the right and then pulling
it out from the left bush. Now, with one hand, pull the
rod xed in the telescopic pipe downwards and put it in
place. Lastly, remove any excess
and put the butter y diaphragm back in place as well
as the cast iron smoke diaphragm. The smoke tting is
now installed.
