ATTENTION: Before connecting the Temp Probe you
must first switch off the Ballast Connect via the
"maintenance mode" (see section 5.14). Then
disconnect the Ballast Connect from the socket. Plug
the Temp Probe into the Ballast Connect and
reconnect the Ballast Connect to the socket.
To read these values, go through the following steps.

If you want to reset the min/max values, put the
cursor in front of "Reset min/max" and press the PTK.

5.8 Event log

The Ballast Connect has an event log function, which
allows you to read:
when the Ballast Connect was active (P-on);
whether there was a power failure (P-off) and how
long it lasted (until the next P-on);
whether lights were switched (Lights);
whether there has been an overtemp situation
(Heat!). In this situation lamps are switched off one
by one according to the set "overtemp del" time;
whether the temperature has dropped below normal
temp (Cool). In this situation all lamps are switched
on again according to the "relay interv" time.

The arrow indicates that more data are visible when you
turn the PTK.
If you no longer turn the PTK, you will automatically
return to the menu.
Select << BACK << to enter the main screen.
5.9 Current log
The Ballast Connect has a current log function, allowing
you to read overload situations. In the event of an
approaching overload, exclamation marks appear in the
main screen behind the Current value. In this example
we assume an amperage limit (see 5.11) of 20A:

The Ballast Connect switches off the last switched on
lamp. In this case Lamp 2 (the L2 LED goes out), after
which the Current goes down:
