Replacing the oil filter (for PlusVac 21 with 40 m
Danger!
Electric shock possible!
Pull out the mains power plug before starting work!
Let the pump remove only through a trained person.
First let off the oil. Proceed as described in chapter 8.4.

1 Oil filter
Unscrew the oil filter 1 counter-
clockwise out of the filter
casing.
Bring in the new oil filter and
tighten it.
Fill in the new oil.

Replacing sealing wire and Teflon strip

Pull out the mains power plug before starting work!

Separate the protruding end so that there is no contact with the
housing of the vacuum tray (danger of a short-circuit) and there is
no risk of injury.
Pull up the sealing pad away
from the sealing cylinders
Remove the Teflon strip.
Remove the remains of the
sticker using an appropriate
cleaning agent.

Undo the screws on the front of the sealing
pad.
Replace the sealing wire.
Screw tight the new sealing wire on one

side.
Thread the other end in.

Using a pair of pliers stretch the sealing
wire and screw the end tight.
Replace the Teflon strip.
Fit the sealing pad back into the device.
