Fill the tank.
Clean filter.
Open the solution valve.
Remove the obstruction.
Repair / replace the valve linkage.
Check for kinks and remove.
Inspect wire connections and valve, repair / replace
the solenoid.
Repair / replace the valve linkage.
Replace valve.
Clean and lubricate valve stem.
Reinstall or replace hose.
Lower squeegee.
Reinstall hose.
Turn vacuum motor switch "on".
Empty tank.
Clean screen and remove obstruction.
Remove obstruction / repair damage.
Remove old gasket / replace.
Have an authorized serviceman repair.
Install drain hose plug properly.
Clean squeegee.
Reverse / replace squeegee blade.
Remove obstruction / repair damage.
Adjust angle.
Repair / replace vacuum motor.
Repair / replace recovery drain hose.
Clean vacuum filter under top metal plate.
Add distilled water and charge.
Allow charger to run a full cycle.
Equalizing the batteries, maybe 2 or 3 times, will help
reduce the sulfation.
Check for fault codes on the battery charger while the
battery charger is operating. Have an authorized
serviceman test the batteries (s.g./charged volts/load
test).
Clean / dry, & clean terminals
