4. 4 For use
Provisions
• work with cauti on and diligence.
• always use the PPE (personal protecti ve
equipment) provided chap3.
• perform maintenance on a regular basis.
• all interventi ons needed on the cabinet should
be performed by a specialized technician.
• check the outf low of water that ensues to the
defrost (free the drips, clean any fi lters, check
the siphons, etc.).
• dispose of the defrost water, or that used for
washing, in the sewer system or water treat-
ment plant compliant with legislati on in force,
the water can come into contact with pollut-
ants due to:
- nature of product,
- any residue,
- accidental breakage of packaging containing
liquids
- use of improper detergents.
5. Residual risks, personal protecti ve equipment (PPE) and emergency situati ons
Residual risks that cannot be eliminated through redesign, constructi on techniques and accident
preventi on:
due to:
- protruding parts
- suspended loads (loading/unloading phase)
- electrical power cables,
- accumulati on of electrostati c charges
- moving parts
- load falling from the structure,
- access inside the cabinet (e.g. by climbing on
the front side)
Follow the instructi ons in this manual to use the cabinet correctly and prevent injuries and dama-
ges.

You can sti ll check emergency situati ons for which you should use the experience of the op-
erator/engineer, and it must never compromise your own and others' safety by performing
risky or hasty manoeuvres.

narcoti cs.
Risk reducti on
• wear suitable clothing (free of loose parts)
• use Personal Protecti ve Equipment3 Chap.:
- accident preventi on footwear
- cut-resistant gloves
- cut-resistant clothing for the body (apron
with bib, leg protecti on, etc.)
- glasses for protecti on against splinters
- safety helmet
• check equipotenti al connecti on
• prohibits behaviour that is not suitable with warn-
ings, signals etc. (to be provided by the Customer)
