21. 8 Inspect the parts
Once you have completed saniti zing, rinsing and drying, proceed as follows:
Step
1
check that all parts are perfectly clean and dry
2
check that they are not damaged or too worn
3
replace worn parts with new ones provided by the manufacturer
4
install the parts perfectly dry
5
restore electrical power supply
Once the internal operati ng temperature has been reached, it is possible to load the products.

23. Dismantle the cabinet

• recover the coolant
• remove the lubricati ng oil
Obligati ons
• dismantle the cabinet in accordance with the local laws on waste disposal and
• this product is considered by the Legislature in force to be a dangerous waste
• take the intact parts of the refrigerati on circuit to specialised refrigerant recy-

the user must deliver the cabinet to be dismantled at the collecti on centre
specifi ed by local authoriti es or indicated by the manufacturer for the recovery
and recycling of materials.
