TROUBLESHOOTING

Alarm management

Alarms are indicated by an acoustic signal (if activated) and a message on the control panel.
In case of an alarm, shut down the boiler, eliminate the cause and restart the boiler according to the normal procedure described in
this manual.
Every alarm status causes immediate boiler shutdown.
The alarms, with causes and cures, which can appear on the control panel are listed below:
SEGNALAZIONE
AL 1
POWER FAILURE The boiler does not start.
Occurs in case of a fume
AL 2
temperature probe fault.
FUME PROBE
The shutdown procedure is
activated.
Occurs if the fume probe
detects a fume temperature
AL 3
above 280°C.
HOT FUMES
The shutdown procedure is
activated.
Occurs when the fume
extraction fan is faulty.
AL 4
FAN FAIL
The shutdown procedure is
activated.
No flame in ignition stage.
AL 5
NO IGNITION
The shutdown procedure is
activated.
AL 6
NO PELLETS Brazier not fed with pellets.
Occurs in case of
cutting in of the auger
AL 7 duct temperature safety
THERMAL SAF thermostat.
The system is stopped.
In the work stage the boiler
AL 8 detects a pressure below

The gearmotor does not load

The safety thermostat has
detected a temperature
above the setting threshold
due to overheating of
the bottom part of the
