macchine agricole
Take the utmost care when you insert the driveline. Make sure that it is firmly locked on to the tractor PTO and on the ma-
chine. Also comply with the indications in the instruction manual supplied with each driveline.
Make sure that the driveline shield, fixed with the relative chains, is free to turn without obstructions. Also check the protective
shields on the tractor and on the implement.If some guard is not in perfect working order, it must be immediately replaced with
a new guard. It is very important to ensure that the protective shields on both sides overlap the driveline ones by at least 5 cm.
▪
Connect the upper third point and adjust the top link in the correct way, making sure that the upper surface of the machine
is parallel to the ground. This is very important as parallelism between the axis of the machine and that of the tractor PTO is
obtained in this way.
4.3 TRANSPORT POSITION
The following expressions must be observed to ensure that the tractor-machine assembly is stable (Fig.5):
M x s < 0,2T x i + Z(d+i)
M < 0,3T
.................................................................... (prudential value)
Z > {[(M x s) – (0,2T x i)] / (d x i)}
where:
i = tractor's wheelbase
d = horizontal distance between the center of gravity of
the front ballast and the tractor's front axle
s = horizontal distance between the center of gravity
of the machine and the tractor's rear axle
T = weight of the tractor in running order
Z = ballast weight
M = weight of the machine
4.4 COMBINED MACHINE WITH SEED DRILL PRODRILL-FT
In the combination of the power harrow with the seed drill please pay greatest attention to the weight of the rear seeder bars
However, if the hydraulic seed drill hitch is installed by the end user, remember to ensure that:
▪
Once the frame has been mounted on the machine, in order to raise the seed drill with the seeds, the overall weight of the
combination must not exceed the value given in the operation and maintenance manual.
▪
Make sure that the seed drill is correctly mounted, that it lifts in the right way and that nothing interferes with the hydraulic
pipes.
▪
Make sure that the mechanical parts of the seed drill do not interfere with the roller of the machine or with the machine
itself.
▪
Make sure that when you drive along the public roads, there are no sharp parts that project from the sides of the machine.
▪
Make sure that the relative signs are clearly visible behind the combi machine. If this is not the case, proceed as required by
the Highway Code regulations in force in the country where the machine is used.
When transporting on public highways, the seeder hopper must always be completely empty.
