• To avoid transmitting any vibrations in the environment, it is advisable to bring an anti-vibration gasket
between the fan and the duct. Please ensure the electrical continuity and the machine grounding.
Before starting any operation, insure that the general power supply has been isolated. All
the electrical connections must be protected at the source by the installer.
• The electrical installation must use a single phase or three phases switch, as appropriate, the minimum
distance between the contacts must be more than 3 mm.
• Ensure that the voltage and frequency listed on the board match the power line connection.
• For the general wiring of the fan and its accessories, the use of adapters, multiple sockets and / or
extension are not permitted.
Follow the connection of the unit and its accessories using adequate cabling for the power used,
and respecting the country regulations. The dimensions of the cabling must be sufficient to support
a voltage drop in start up phase inferior to 3% of the nominal.
• It is the responsibility of the installer to insure that the installation of the unit is as close as
possible to the mains power supply, or sufficiently close to protect the electrical parts.
• Connect the unit to an efficient power point, using the correct screws as supplied with the unit.
• In the unit with relay board the screws of the connectors must be screwed with torque equals to
0,5 Nm.
General Overview
• Check that there are not any element that avoid the impellers turns free of friction.
• Check the power supply, the connexion box.
• Check that inside the fan will not appear any strange material that will affect the impeller.
First Start
• Check that the impeller runs properly.
• Check that the consumption –Intensity I(A)– of the unit will not exceed the maximum indicated in the
motor plate.
• Check that the vibrations of the unit.
• Check that all connections are done properly.
If any of these conditions is not correct, stop the fan and fix the problem. Any lack of observation of the
details may cause the withdrawal of the warranty supplied with the equipment.
